IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales Closure

  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and quotations.

Market Research and Strategy

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to capture them.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and technical staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor progress, and manage client information.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years in IT sales or a related field.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer solutions.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Project Manager

Techzu Ichicode Pte Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Executive to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of our software development and IT projects. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to plan, organize, deliver projects on time and within scope and management of client’s expectation.

  • Project Planning and Coordination
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Support project initiation by preparing documentation, meeting agendas, and follow-up reports.

Client and Stakeholder Management
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
– Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
– Manage client expectations and provide updates on project progress.


Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Prepare status reports and present them to stakeholders.
