Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning, awareness, and market share.
Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, visual assets, and messaging that reflect the brand’s identity.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and brand opportunities.
Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Monitor brand performance using KPIs and analytics tools; adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute brand initiatives.
Lead and guide internal brand guidelines, ensuring consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across touchpoints.
Plan and manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Experience with brand and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Ability to think strategically and creatively while being data-driven.
