Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.

  • Draft and manage internal and external communications such as emails, memos, reports, and presentations.

  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring executives are well-prepared for all engagements.

  • Assist in project coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining timelines on key initiatives.

  • Prepare expense reports and track budgets or department-related spending.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.

  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and discretion.

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
