Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify business opportunities for Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, and automation solutions
- Engage prospects through meetings, demos, and presentations to understand operational pain points
- Translate client challenges into AI-driven solution proposals (e.g. AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation)
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions, pricing, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitch decks
- Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) walkthroughs
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
- Stay updated on trends in Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI automation tools
- Support post-sales handover to project and technical teams
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- 1–3+ years of experience in tech sales, AI solutions, SaaS, or IT consulting
- Strong understanding of:
– LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
– Agentic AI concepts
– AI automation, chatbots, or workflow tools (Zapier, LangChain, etc.) - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsComfortable working with targets, KPIs, and commissions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience in solution selling or consultative sales is a strong advantage
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the Singapore SME / enterprise landscape is a plus
