Job Responsibilities:

• Manage software development and AI implementation projects from initiation to completion

• Gather and document client requirements, scope, and success criteria

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

• Coordinate with developers, designers, and AI engineers

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies

• Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and timelines

• Manage change requests and scope adjustments professionally

• Prepare project status reports and conduct regular client updates

• Support UAT, deployment, and project handover

• Ensure documentation, SOPs, and project records are properly maintained

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

• 2–5+ years of experience in software project management

• Experience managing:
  – Web applications
  – Custom software systems
  – AI or automation projects (preferred)

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Familiarity with tools such as:
  – Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar
  – Figma, Git, or basic development workflows (advantage)
  – PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment is an advantage
