Search Engine Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies across web and digital platforms.

  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify content opportunities and improve rankings.

  • Monitor and report on search engine performance metrics, such as rankings, traffic, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), including budgeting and bid management.

  • Conduct technical audits and identify on-page and off-page SEO improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO/SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

  • Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO and/or SEM roles.

  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.

  • Experience managing PPC campaigns using platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.
