Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile software applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interface designs based on user requirements and feedback.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve overall experience.

• Translate brand and product vision into high-quality visual designs and interactive solutions.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products.

• Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and user-centric designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software development or tech environment.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user interface designs, prototypes, and case studies.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).

• Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in agile or scrum development environments.

• Basic knowledge of user analytics and tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics.

• Motion design or animation experience (After Effects, Lottie).
